The Insecurity Challenges Facing Education In Nigeria
FARM FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL.
THE TV CREW OF QUEST TV CAME CALLING AT THE FARM FELLOWSHIP AND WE CAPTURED THEM ON VIDEO.
The easiest way to destroy a people is to destroy their educational system and, by extension, their minds.
A people starved of knowledge will be intellectual dwarfs.
Intellectual dwarfism, ideological marasmus and mental kwashiorkor will cripple a people and a region. It will set them back several decades.
If you add to this, a disruption of their capacity to produce food, you have put the second-to-last nail on their coffin.
The final nail to the coffin of a failed nation or region is fear and insecurity.
Nigeria is at the edge of a cliff with blindfolded leaders. The tragedy is that they have earplugs linked to an MP3 playing melodies of sycophancy. The are deaf to the voices of reason and urgency. Ironically, the blindfold is made of a thick material weaved from corruption, hypocrisy, religious bigotry, hypnotic regionalism and insane entitlement mentality.
The eleventh commandment is “Thou shalt not deceive thyself”. The major actors in Nigeria are deceiving themselves.
We all are heading for disaster. Those who know what is right to do, please do it. And do it fast.
We can not continue like this.
