We have been consistent in doing that beyond the brick and mortar system of ministry. However, we need to transfer the anointing and grace to reliable men and women, who are able to teach others this concept of Developmental Christianity in an organised and institutionalised manner.
The difference between the developed societies and Africa, particularly south of the equator, is lack of documentation and institutionalization of ideas, concepts, and techniques.
