Life is a pyramid of responsibilities.
At the peak of the pyramid, you must be responsible to God.
At the base of the pyramid, you must lead yourself, and be responsible to yourself.
In between responsibility to God and yourself are the following:
- You must also be responsible to your family.
- Be responsible to society.
Society must feel your presence and absence.
- Be responsible to the environment.
The people in Western World and developed nations care a lot about their environment.
One major problem with Africa is that, most times, we don’t display responsibility towards our environment. How can a local government chairman drive through dirty streets to his office?
Live and lead your life; you alone will give account for it.
