“They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth—men of depraved minds who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.” 2 Timothy 3:6
There are “worms” in the Body of Christ who wear clerical collars and fine suits.
They have memorised the way Pentecostals talk and have manipulated the brains of our people, particularly our women. When these “stupid worms” quote scriptures upside down and manipulate people with their fine suits and faces like movie actors, you see the “house flies” clapping for them.
But these men are the worms eating into the Body of Christ. They are everywhere, breaking marriages and digging into homes to scatter them.
You see, a fish can be rotting from the inside, but you won’t know until you break it open. These men “worm” their way in, performing fake miracles and doing all kinds of evil things.
Who are Jannes and Jambres?
According to Jewish historical records, they were the two magicians and sorcerers who opposed Moses in Egypt with fake miracles. It is said that it was the brothers of Jannes and Jambres—who escaped the wrath of God in Egypt and followed the children of Israel across the Red Sea—who brought about the moulding of the golden calf.
They took the wealth they had gotten from Egypt—the earrings and the gold—and used it to mould a god that looked like the idols they worshipped in Egypt.
Today, Pentecostalism in particular is full of this. Most of your worship, most of the idols you have created—whether it is men like us, buildings, structures, or fake miracles—is just like Egyptian worship.
Nigerian pastors overseas, in particular, are rushing to open branch after branch.
It has become very risky and frightening to associate with or promote many of them, young or old. Why is your “ministry” to break marriages, to colonise people’s wives, and to sleep with them?
Even among unbelievers, as Paul wrote to the Corinthian church, you don’t hear of such things!
To the women: You think you are the first person he is telling that he loves? He will mess you up and cross over to the next person, and then the next. These guys are narcissists. They are evil. They do not care.
The Bible says they will not go far because their evils will be exposed. It is time for us to expose the worms in the Body of Christ!
