Identities of Major Witches and Wizards in Nigeria Revealed | the List Will Shock You

I want to address a deeply rooted issue in our society—witchcraft and wizardry, not in the mystical sense but as a metaphor for the pervasive wickedness and corruption that hinder our progress as a nation.

When We Pray Against Witches and Wizards

In our churches, we often pray fervently against witches and wizards, imagining them as family members or neighbors out to harm us. However, the true witches and wizards in Nigeria are often overlooked. If we were to pray against them, many churches and communities might empty. These individuals and actions harm our collective progress and destroy lives.

I had a friend, a wealthy businessman, who never prayed to destroy witches. Instead, he asked God for protection and blessings. He said, “Some of my customers are witches and wizards. If I kill them, who will buy from me?” His insight highlights a key point: not all “witches” wear black hats. Many are hidden in plain sight, and their actions define them.

Who Are the Real Witches and Wizards?

A witch or wizard, in this context, is anyone whose actions obstruct progress, destroy lives, and hinder development. Here are some examples:

1. Corrupt Contractors

  • Those awarded contracts to build roads, schools, or hospitals but fail to execute them properly. When accidents occur or buildings collapse, resulting in deaths, they are responsible. Their greed and negligence make them no different from witches.

2. Makers of Fake Products

  • Manufacturers of fake drinks, drugs, and goods that harm or kill unsuspecting consumers. The blood of those who suffer is on their hands. They are as guilty as any wizard.

3. Corrupt Leaders and Officials

  • Public officers who embezzle funds meant for community development or infrastructure. They rob us of our collective wealth and destroy lives through their greed.

4. Educators and Invigilators Who Encourage Cheating

  • Pastors or school owners who allow exam malpractice, and invigilators who collaborate with students to cheat, are obstructing the moral and intellectual growth of future generations. They are wizards.

5. Criminal Collaborators

  • Policemen who plant evidence, judges who release criminals, and officials who cover up crimes are complicit in the harm caused by these actions. They perpetuate evil and chaos in society.

6. Vandals and Thieves

  • Those who steal public property, such as manhole covers or electricity infrastructure, endanger lives. Their actions lead to accidents, power outages, and untold suffering.

7. Drug Traffickers and Human Traffickers

  • Importers of hard drugs and traffickers of young girls for prostitution are among the most destructive forces in society. They devastate families and futures.

8. Internet Fraudsters

  • Yahoo boys and other fraudsters who steal money online leave their victims in financial ruins, sometimes leading to deaths from heartbreak or despair. They are modern-day wizards.

The Extent of the Problem

The wickedness in Nigeria is not limited to a few individuals; it’s a widespread issue. From markets selling fake products to desperate acts of vandalism, the rot runs deep. Even giving a policeman a lift can result in being framed for crimes you didn’t commit. This pervasive evil makes one wonder if Satan’s fall landed him in Nigeria.

What Can We Do?

We need to address these forms of “witchcraft” decisively. It’s not just about prayers but action. Holding people accountable, creating awareness, and fostering a culture of integrity are crucial steps forward.

Additionally, I am forming an organization called Citizens for those who genuinely have Nigeria’s interest at heart. If you want to be part of this movement, send a message to the same number. Together, we can be an alternative voice and take a stand against the recklessness destroying our nation.

God bless you, and may we rise above these challenges to build a better Nigeria.
