Good afternoon and Merry Christmas in advance! Today, I want to talk about a new god that people worship—a god called Success.
The New God: Success
This god, Success, is captivating and influential. It has angels that surround it, such as:
- Boldness
- Frankness
- Bluntness
- Being unusual or abnormal
These traits are what people admire and gravitate toward nowadays. Success is so powerful that it changes the narrative around individuals, regardless of their past or personality.
Donald Trump: A Case Study in Success
Take Donald Trump, for example. Personally, I am not his fan, but I study him. Trump is a man who embodies the boldness and abnormality that define the worship of success.
- His Boldness: Trump says what he wants, unapologetically. He once claimed, “I can shoot someone on the street, and nothing will happen.” That’s the level of confidence he operates on.
- His Influence: People who once criticized him now run to Mar-a-Lago to align themselves with him. Even those who banned him on platforms like Twitter are adjusting their stance.
- The Narrative Shift: If Trump had failed, all the stories about him would have been different. But because he succeeded, people admire and follow him.
This is a principle of life: Just succeed. Success has a way of silencing critics and drawing admiration.
The Appeal of Boldness and Abnormality
In today’s world, being abnormal or unusual is attractive. People admire those who are:
- Motivated
- Aggressive
- Adventurous
- Driven
- Determined
I call this being M.A.A.D.D.. If you embody these qualities and succeed, people will flock to you, whether they initially liked you or not.
The Right Way to Succeed
While success is attractive and powerful, it is important to succeed the right way:
- Succeed legitimately.
- Succeed righteously.
- Stay original and steadfast.
You don’t need to be the most normal or conventional person. Instead, embrace your uniqueness and pursue success with integrity.
Final Thoughts
Success is a god that people worship today. It redefines relationships, perceptions, and narratives. The key is to remain true to yourself, embrace boldness, and pursue success in a way that aligns with your values.
