The Richest People Are Selling Brands Not Only Celebrants

Most things in life are just over hyped. Important things often aren’t hyped, and that is the truth. When someone bombards your mind with something, their goal is to capture your mind. Once your mind is captured, you become enslaved – your finances, your decisions, everything succumbs to the mind you have allowed to dominate.

Think about it: Christmas is hyped, because Jesus was not even born on the 25th of December. Different cultures celebrate Christmas at different times. For example, the Ethiopian, Greek Orthodox, and Romanian Orthodox Churches celebrate Christmas on different dates. The products we buy for Christmas – lights, trees, caps – are mostly produced by non-Christians in China and India.

The Strategy of Intelligent People:

Intelligent people create hype around something, cultivate an appetite for it, and then capitalize on that demand. This is how they get your money and your mind.

Let me give you an illustration: Christmas lights, trees, and even crackers are produced by non-Christians, primarily in China and India. Yet, Christians worldwide spend money on these items because of the hype.

Becoming a Selling Brand:

To succeed, don’t be a selling brand – be a brand that sells. The difference is significant. A selling brand stands out, attracts attention, and creates value. For instance, I am here in Lagos at a hotel, invited to speak at an event for the Government College Old Boys Association, with notable attendees like the Governor of Lagos State, the Governor of Delta State, and prominent business figures.

I’m a selling brand, and that is why I’m here. People recognize me, take pictures with me, and follow me on YouTube. I turn heads because I offer value, not just hype.

Practical Steps to Become a Selling Brand

  1. Exceed Expectations: Always go beyond what people expect from you. Offer value in everything you do.
  2. Cultivate Intelligence: People respect knowledge. Educate yourself and share that knowledge with others.
  3. Promote Your Unique Value: Identify what makes you unique and promote it. Whether it’s your expertise, your products, or your services, make sure people know why you’re different.
  4. Stay Consistent: Consistency builds trust. Regularly engage with your audience and provide consistent value.
  5. Invest in Yourself: Continuous self-improvement is key. Attend seminars, read books, and stay updated in your field.

Conclusion

In conclusion, don’t be a mere celebrant of hyped events and products. Instead, become a brand that sells. Focus on providing value, exceeding expectations, and staying consistent in your efforts.

God bless you
