IQ, ANOINTING, AND TALENT ALONE ARE NOT ENOUGH…To be continued.

Success and what it truly takes to excel in life is not just a factor of how spiritual, talented, or knowledgeable you are. It takes intentionality, experience, and character.

Intentionality: The Key to Success

Growing up in a modest home, my father instilled in me the power of intentionality from a young age. He had a vision for my future—he declared that I would become a medical doctor, inspired by the great Dr. Stevenson of the Warri General Hospital in the 60s and 70s. This intentional guidance set the course for my life, teaching me that mere aspirations are not enough; deliberate actions and planning are crucial.

Education Beyond Certification:

While university education provided me with the necessary certifications, it was my time at Government College that truly shaped me. There, I have not only learned an education but also developed character and forged lifelong networks. These networks continue to enrich my life, as seen recently when a generous individual sponsored five people to attend my webinar from the UK. This exemplifies how fostering an environment of excellence and mutual stimulation can propel individuals to greater heights.

Embracing Diversity and Experience:

Another intentional decision made by my father was for me to study far away from home. This exposed me to diverse cultures and perspectives—I studied in Yorubaland and served in Igboland during my youth service. These experiences broadened my horizons and taught me the importance of embracing diversity. I observed that the Igbo and Yoruba communities are among the most supportive of my seminars, highlighting the value of understanding and appreciating different backgrounds.

Beyond IQ and Talent: The Essentials for Success:

Success is not solely determined by intelligence quotient (IQ) or natural talent. It requires more:

  • Excellence: Striving for the highest standards in everything you do.
  • Hunger to Perform: A relentless drive and passion to excel, pushing boundaries even when obstacles arise.
  • Integrity: Upholding honesty, ethics, and moral principles in all dealings.
  • Continual Learning: Embracing a mindset of continuous improvement and growth.

Conclusion: The Journey Continues

As I continue to navigate through life and share my experiences with you, remember that success is a journey marked by intentional choices and unwavering commitment. It’s about leveraging your strengths while constantly evolving and learning from challenges. I encourage you to reflect on your journey—what intentional steps are you taking towards your goals?

Wishing you all the best on your journey to success, God bless you.
